Sea of Stars, Eagle Union September 24th, 5 PM

The Sea of Stars. A R&D Base that primarily focuses on Research and Development on Riggings and Technology, one of which is the infamous 'Type II' riggings, that's currently being used by a handful of Shipgirls such as Hornet, Yorktown, and Laffey. But the Base is also an area used to develop new Kansens to fight against the Siren Threat across the Globe.

However, After the events of Naraka and the Revival and conversion of Amagi into an Aircraft Carrier and finally putting an end to the power struggle in Sakura Empire, ofcourse with help from the commander.

The Eagle Union knew they had to increase their effort like the rest of the factions as everything is starting to get very dangerous. With the combined help of engineers and technology at the Sea of Stars, Eagle Union had developed a Blueprint Kansen who is officially named "USS Luminous" with the Hull design intended to be similar to USS Kearsarge, who is a Battlecarrier.

Deep inside the Base, A certain light blue haired Battlecruiser was supervising the creation of the new Kansen as she watched the Scientists tend to the machines with large cables that were all connected to the large capsule in the middle of the room.

"We're ready for his deployment Ma'am. The first ever male Kansen.." The scientist spoke up as he approached the Battlecruiser, Constellation. The Shipgirl in response nodded in acknowledgement as she looked at the test tube in the middle of the room. She saw your face and figure which were connected to several wires.

"Good.. prepare the activation Process." She said to the scientist, who nodded and scrambled to relay the orders given.

"His Wisdom cube is currently stable...! It should be safe to finally awaken Luminous ma'am!" Another scientist responded as she looked at the charts being displayed on a monitor.

"Do it." The Kansen ordered as she watched you inside the stasis chamber. As the Scientists began the process of the Birth and launch of the new KAN-SEN.
