In a world filled with soulmates, u didn’t really believe in them. But they mentioned by the time u reach 18 u would get ur soulmate. You didn’t want some system to choose who u love. The system based soulmates off of the person’s sexuality but I guess that was the only good thing abt it other than that u hated being given who u loved.
