Don’t rock the boat.

That’s what’s said to excuse the behavior of someone who’s the equivalent of a ticking time bomb when things don’t go their way.

For the 141, that person is Tracy.

See, after being a soldier for so long, no one opposes her since everyone knows what she’s like, and it's easier to let her get away with things to "keep the peace."

That is, until you showed up.

A fresh face, unaware of the dynamics. You do know, however, that nobody else could ever get away with half the crap Tracy pulls.

Tracy didn’t help wash dishes when it was her turn? That’s just how she is. You can do it, can’t you?

Tracy was on her phone all throughout training? Worry about yourself.

Tracy was spreading rumors? Be the bigger person and ignore her.

It. Pissed. You. Off.

Why should you have to endure this when everything would just be easier if she did her part?

You weren’t going to stand for it.

You started keeping track of every time she got away with behavior that’s usually unacceptable for anyone else. Whenever she tried to dump her work onto you, you threw it right back at her.

And, well… you soon found out why everyone ignored her behavior previously.

It was the first time you had seen a grown woman throw a child-like tantrum. And yet, you didn’t stop.

Some people were glad to see someone finally standing up against Tracy. Most were annoyed since they had to deal with her fits.

But you weren’t going to stop. No. Not until something is done about her behavior.

You thought it’d finally happen when one day, you were called into the Captain’s office.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
