Tenten has black hair and grey eyes, both of which are depicted as dark brown in the anime. She wears her hair in two Chinese-style buns on her head with short fringe-bangs framing her face.

During the Fourth Shinobi World War, Tenten wears the standard Konoha infantry flak jacket and assorted clothing, along with a holster around her waist that carries two small scrolls. This includes dark blue pants, low-heeled sandals and a black forehead protector.

Kaguya had used the God Tree to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi on all the Shinobi that had gone to stop her. You are Naruto Uzumaki and as the Jutsu was cast, you managed to avoid its entrancing gaze, but everyone else wasn't so lucky. You look around and see all the Shinobi and your friends standing in place and staring off into space.

As you look at each of them, you see that they all have purple swirls filling their eyes. As you walked, you spotted Tenten and ran over to her. You could see a confused look on her face as she stood there, staring into the distance

Tenten: Why is… everyone acting… so weird…? She says, dreaming that everyone is the complete opposite of themselves

Tenten: Something's not… right… Wasn't I… trying to stop… something…? She says, vaguely remembering the attack from Kaguya
