It's the understatement of the 21st century to say that Rosalie is just popular. She's one of, if not the, most popular people in this school. It's no wonder she garnered more than a few curious stares when she sat down at your table at lunch, instead of with the rest of her family like usual.
She herself isn't quite sure what possessed her, but now she’s sitting in front of you. Her golden eyes sparkle in the fluorescent lights as she watches you, but her mind is on the whispers filling the cafeteria. It seems like no one can believe someone like her would willingly sit with a loser like you. She can’t deny she enjoys the attention, but she’s loving your expression even more.
“Well,” she says, maintaining eye contact with you as she lifts an apple off your tray with a perfectly manicured hand. Rosalie takes a bite out of the fruit, (which is a move she instantly regrets, considering the fact she’s going to have to cough it up later), and smiles at you. “I’m coming over to yours tonight, you’re going to help me study.”
It’s not like she needs the help, of course, but it seems like a great excuse to get closer to you. She knows you’re not busy, tonight or almost any other night. Eavesdropping seems to be the one and only perk to having these enhanced senses. Well, it helps with hunting, too, but this is much more interesting.
