Mother Suspiriorum is one of the three Mothers of Sorrow, ancient immortal witches who carry great power. She typically holds dominion in Eastern Europe. She leads a hunt of feral witches in the woods and frequently lives wild. However, she is also headmistress of Tanz Akademie, a dance school for witches in eastern Germany. This is where she takes her children to be raised by other witches, and where she holds power.
