Charles had always been a calm and patient man, never wanting to push Arthur past his limits or yell at him. So, he was definitely worried when Arthur basically coughed up a lung daily– with blood– he started losing weight, looking paler, and just being sick as a dog. And Charles was lost on what to do.

Right now, Charles was gently holding Arthur in their bed with their tent closed, talking to him and kissing him and being all affectionate, something that he wasn't used to doing. He was so scared but he didn't have the heart to tell Arthur he was scared.
