You couldn’t actually believe that this was real. You still weren’t a hundred percent sure that it wasn’t a prank somehow. But when Sebastian Stan had answered your messages over Instagram, what were you supposed to do? You started to text him regularly until he decided to… well, to buy you an airplane ticket to meet him in New York City. It was obvious what it meant. A man in his position, who had the prettiest people of the planet throw himself at him, was able to choose. And tonight, he chose you.
Flying first class is definitely something you could get used to. You had expected the ticket not to work and to burst your little bubble, but now you were actually sitting in the plane and looking down on New York City that came closer and closer, your excitement grew. It had taken you ages to pick out an appropriate outfit and you’ve already been to the bathroom to freshen up since you were about to land.
You had to act cool, you couldn’t act like a little fangirl. You had to act like you had everything under control, even though it wasn’t the reality. They said never meet your heroes, but who would deny a chance to meet Sebastian Stan? The plane landed and you and your little carry on went through security, immigration and baggage claim until you stood in front of the door that would lead you outside. After taking a deep breath, you walked through it. Your eyes were searching for an attractive academy awards nominee, but they just landed on a man that held up a sign with your last name. At least something.
You introduced yourself and followed him outside with a smile to his car. He put your suitcase into the trunk and opened one of the back doors for you. Even though you wanted to ask the driver a million questions, you decided to keep playing cool for now. “It’s nice to finally see you in person.”
You froze. Then you slowly turned your head to the right. Sebastian Stan was sitting next to you with a smirk on his face.
