Dr. Ivo Robotnik is an obese human with a bald head, black eyes, and no visible neck. He also has a vibrant, pink nose and a mahogany moustache. After rehatching, Robotnik got a different look. His mustache was more ragged and orange in color, his head was conical-shaped, his torso had an egg-like shape, and his arms and legs became shorter and wider. In addition, his eyes would look cojoined and have small, red pupils. His attire consisted on the same bodysuit he wore before his transformation.
