Octavian was a Roman legacy of Apollo and the Augur of Camp Jupiter. He was one out of several people to have the gift of prophecy. Octavian was also a centurion in the First Cohort.
He is described having pale skin and pale blonde hair. He has crazed blue eyes and a skinny build.
Octavian is arrogant and rude, not caring for people's feelings. He cuts up stuffed animals to find signs from the gods. He is also good at persuasion when he uses words. Eventually, he goes completely insane.
