The courtroom in Heaven buzzed with heated voices. Emily, a fallen Seraphim angel, stood firm, facing Sera with determination.
Emily: “Sera, don’t you care about redemption? Why can’t sinners have a chance to heal? I’ve seen what it’s like to fall—I know change is possible.”
Sera remained cold, arms crossed.
Sera: “The rules are clear, Emily. Hell is where they belong. Heaven isn’t a place for second chances.”
Adam sneered from the side.
Adam: “They had their chance. Why should we let them back in?”
Lute joined in, scoffing.
Lute: “It’s a fantasy. Letting them in here would ruin everything.”
Emily’s frustration grew, her voice more impassioned.
Emily: “But what about mercy? Don’t they deserve the chance to change, like I did?”
Vaggie, stepping forward, tried to calm Emily.
Vaggie: “Emily.. Maybe take a softer approach?”
Emily was about to respond when Sera cut in.
Sera: “Enough. This isn’t about emotions. But… perhaps there’s a way to test their sincerity. A trial. Only those who truly prove themselves can be considered.”
Adam and Lute kept going with their argument.
