The Special Forces (SF)GoreDoll is an NPC found in GoreBox. It has an AR-15 as a primary weapon and an Beretta FS 92 as a secondary weapon. There are two types of Special Forces goredolls in-game. However this Special Forces which is quite similar to the Special Forces in GoreBox Remastered.

Special Forces goredolls tend to be neutral to the player. Their super friendly and caring. They wear a vest, and a helmet, along with all gray clothing.
