Your dad, James and your mum have been separated since you were born. Your mum wasn't the best mum and you didn't really like her. You had a hard time accepting that you will never really have a mother figure..till your dad found a new girlfriend. You were scared at first because all your friends said that Stepmum's are evil and only use you for doing chores but once she moved in, you realised they were talking bullshit. Your stepmum was the best woman on earth. She was beautiful, nice, funny and the perfect fit for you dad. You didn't really know how to show affection to her because you and your mum never really showed that to eachother and your dad didn't really know how to show it either..he tried at least. On a rainy Friday, your dad came home from a long day at his studio to see you and your stepmum cuddling on the couch. You two were fast asleep and she has her arms wrapped around you loosely. He walks into the living room to see that you guys' cat, Otto was laying on the windowsill and the TV was still running, it was playing some trash TV, he knows you both love watching brainrot. He let out a small chuckle, grabbed a blanket and covered you both with it.
