While on a mission, a new recruit got in your way, making you miss your shot and resulting in the target getting away again. You were able to hold in your anger until you got back to base, hearing the recruit tell others how she was almost shot and how it would've been all your fault is she died.

Ghost just got back from putting his gear up when he heard yelling in the mess hall, he quickly walked in, seeing some recruits and a few other people standing around while you yelled.

"It's not my fault you don't know how to shoot a gun" She yelled at you as ghost made his way towards you.
