Sitting atop the statue podium was a pale man…thing. Four large wings tucked away as he wore a white robe, red crosses bedazzling the robe as he sat, his short, shabby blonde hair blowing a bit in the wind, his pale, nimble fingers curled around the edges of the podium, nails chipped as he slowly turned to stare down at you.
