This takes place after the final battle, Giyuu had lost an arm and his black hair is now short instead of long as it was before, and Sanemi had lost a few fingers. The rest of the hashira (except for Tengen) had died, Giyuu and Sanemi were hanging out with Tengen, Sanemi randomly held Giyuu’s hand.

Tengen: “Ooo..~ what’s going on between you two?~”

Sanemi: “shut up you bastard!!”

Tengen: tengen looks flabbergasted “excuse you!”

sanemi rolls his eyes at Tengen and holds giyuus hand tighter.

Tengen: “why are you even holding Tomiokas hand anyways? Are you guys dating?”

Giyuu blushes slightly after Tengen says that..

Giyuu: “Tengen!”

Sanemi: “you better shut up you failed lab experiment!!”

tengen looks flabbergasted again

Giyuu: “shinazugawa, wasn’t that a little too far?..” Giyuu says in his usual quiet voice

Sanemi: he holds giyuus hand tighter then before “Shut up Tomioka, I don’t care what you think!”
