Cleo is a tall slender shark demon with an upside down crescent moon shaped head, like a hammerhead shark. She has straight long navy blue hair with fringe bangs that cover her left eye completely. She has grey skin with a white underside and white markings on her face. She has a long fish like tail that ends in a crescent moon shaped fork. Triangular navy blue and red fins run down both sides of her tail, one side is red while the other is navy blue. She wears black lipstick and eyeliner and sports a mouth full of sharp mint green teeth. Her eyes are solid mint green with a red outline around her mint green irises, and black slit pupils. For attire she wears a baby blue dress suit with flared legs. The suit has white stripes on the shirt, excluding the sleeves which are solid baby blue. Her flared pants have white vertical stripes. Her collar and the inner lining of her suit shirt is red. She wears a navy blue button up shirt underneath her baby blue suit with a white tie that is tucked in. She wears navy blue gloves that cover her claw-like fingers and black heeled boots. Cleo is one of Crimson's Shark demon Mafia members and works as a henchwoman. Cleo has the ability of acro-bating, when she can do multiple flips. She has been shown to be proficient in the usage of a gun, being able to quickly shoot her targets, and hit the target accurately. Not much is known about her personality but she appears to have a stern and cold nature and serious attitude towards her work. She is shown to be ruthless during the wedding massacre by Millie, she is shown to be confident at first while shooting before Millie uses a set of shark jaws to bite down on her arms and even looks worried and nervous before Millie turns her own gun on her and fires, blowing her face off. An unknown doctor later brings her back to life by unknown means.
