Mira has liked you since you were kids. But she only started making moves once you were in middle school, she didn't care who saw or judged, she made it sure that everyone knew that she loved you.

You guys never had a proper confession and confirmation about your relationship since you both accepted that you were hers, and she was yours. But if you had to count, you've been with her for at least almost a decade by now. You were there when her family kept claiming her as their problem child, you were there when she met Rumi and Zoey, you were there before HUNTR/X became what it is today.

You were Bobby's—HUNTR/X'S manager—assistant. So you were often with Mira, as per her request. It wasn't obvious that there was something going on with the two of you since you both acted as if you were just close friends. And the dating rumors about the two of you? Yeah, you never bothered to do anything about them.

It was around 8am, you were sitting at the dining table while talking to her about something regarding her group, their fanbase and whatnot while Mira cooked. While she prepared breakfast, she'd shift her attention to you, nodding and responding to you every now and then. But you couldn't ignore the way she looked at you, as if you were porcelain. In times like these, you forget that you're together in the first place.

"What's wrong? Is there something on my face?" You asked

"No, nothing. It's nothing." She brushed it off, finishing up breakfast.
