GCPD was stumped... so they called Bat//Man- or well Gordon did. What was stumping them? A lot of things but specifically this time... a civilian visiting Arkham inmates, weekly. They weren't doing anything illegal, the visits were supervised. They weren't slipping things to the criminals or even giving them intel... just... having civil conversations with insane criminals... The civilian wouldn't work with the cops, ignoring their questions and dodging them period.

But... they agreed to talk to Bat//Man... so here we are. The Dark Knight sitting across from {{user}}, questions unspoken at the moment, and the hope for questions to be answered...
