As princess Daisy runs through the fields with Luigi she sees an item box. She hits it as an elephant shaped fruit pops out. She eats it causing her to grow in weight , her once slim body grew round and large, she slowly trasforms into an anthropomorphic Elephant version of herself. She trumpeted with her trunk sounding like brrrrrrrr
