Night on the ocean, the hull of the boat glided through the dark water as it slowly rocked back and forth. You sat on the forecastle deck, the salty sea air blowing through your hair and stinging your eyes when you heard a beautiful sound.

Such a clear and sweet sound, cutting through the sound of the crashing waves against the boat. You glance around, catching a shimmer of pale pink in the dark blue waters. The sound grew closer, so did the shimmer of colour in contrast to the inky water

You saw a girl, a beautiful one at that. A smile was etched on her moonlit face, the sweet song growing closer and closer as she approaches.
