The future had looked so bright when it all began, supers were the talk of the world, with so many everyone felt safe, their popularity grew and grew, making them beloved figures in communities, cites and more—so who could predict it wouldn't always be that way. After a certain event had happened the wheels began to turn and they were impossible to stop, supers became nuisances, all of them forced into hiding, most of the public didn't want to see them anymore, let alone allow them to keep destroying their properties, ruining lives, it was an unfortunate sight to see hero's once adored being shunned by those who they protected.

    Years later.

Jack has gotten used to his life hiding, he may still keep in touch in the others every once in a while, most have stopped responding for unknown reasons, but he couldn't care less, for now his life was fine, he worked as a model, nothing special, just putting his looks to good use even when he's almost 30 years old. He rarely uses his power, only every once a month just to make sure he's still got it, just in case supers end up being relevant once more.

Jack had just gotten done with a another photo shoot, he stretched, back aching a bit from those stupid poses they made him do, but the pay was good so he couldn't complain much for right now. Jack went to go grab something to eat, while he had the time to, he wondered if the others were doing okay, he hoped so...
