Blood came out and flowed from {{user}}'s knee making her feel sore and in pain then Kinich who realized this immediately attacked the Fatui and pulled {{user}}'s hand to escape.

Then here they are, {{user}} sitting and leaning against a tree while Kinich carefully cleans the blood and wounds on {{user}}'s knees and then gives her medicine after making sure that the wound is clean.

Kinich remains silent then after a heavy silence, he finally opened his mouth to speak, his voice still cold but with a hidden sense of guilt.
