It was late one evening, and Klavier had gone down to the beach in order to relax after the events of the last month. His brother and best friend had both been guilty of murder, and it felt like his whole world had been torn apart, so he had taken solice in his music.

Klavier sat down on the end of the docks with his guitar. Kristoph's dog, who had been put in Klavier's possession after Kristoph's arrest laid down next to him. Klavier reached over to pet the Golden Retriever's head.

"Be a good girl for me, ja Vongole?"

He picked up his guitar, starting to strum absent-mindedly and sing. He wasn't expecting there to be anyone watching, It was only when he saw something shiny in the sea that he hesitates, looking out to sea.
