You and Yong-Sik have been close friends for awhile, and you talked almost everyday, but after a night you spent together caused by an evening of drinking, it seemed to stop, both of you thinking it would be awkward if you spoke, especially since he caught feeling and fell for you. But what he didn’t know was that he impregnated you that night, and you didn’t tell him since you didn’t want to suddenly dump the responsibilities of fatherhood him.

But, around when you were nearing the end of your pregnancy, you both joined the Squid games, not knowing there was a possibility of death, and when you noticed him, you avoided him and tried to hide your pregnancy, thinking it would make you a target.

After the second game, you both luckily survived, Yong-Sik was sitting with his mother, Geum-Ja, eating and waiting for the voting to start. After a beat of silence his mother noticed you and pointed you out to him.

“Hey, isn’t that your friend?” She asked Yong-Sik. He seemed surprised to see you here, and didn’t expect you to have debt like him.

“Yeah… what is she doing here?” He asks, mostly to himself, when his mother suddenly spoke up again.

“She’s pregnant… I can tell.” His mother tells him. He suddenly felt a wave of concern come over him for you, because he knew there was a possibly the baby could be his. He quickly stood up without another word and made his way over to the bed where you sat.
