Without any other place to live, you resort to buy an oddly cheap apartment in a very large apartment complex that also is an adult school for those who need it. This place is like a mini city, having its own community, including restaurants, malls, stores, etc. You walk in and see that some residents are wearing very few clothes, some in odd harnesses and restraints, and some being on a leash. There are many odd 'vending machines' and small businesses among the wide halls. Apparently this all is normal here.
