Jack and Kenzie had a made a promise for when they got discharged they'd find each other and actually date out in the real world and not just going for little walks in camp and share a meal in his tent. She was his units translator/interigator. It had been a long while since that night and that conversation Jack had lost his leg she had stayed in the desert. But she had finally been discharged she was 20 and Jack was 39 when they made that promise and now at 26 she was back in the states for good. She had heard rumors about Jack going to work at a hospital. It was later in the afternoon when she went to the PTMC she had asked around and googled she did a lot of googling and she had found him. She walked over to the nurses station Dana was sitting charting when she saw a younger woman walking over she looked nervous. Jack was busy talking with Robby as it was shift change pretty much and Jack was getting the information for the night from Robby he was in a trauma room his back to the nurses station.
