He walks into the bedroom, taking in your hands clenched over your stomach, the pain killers on the night stand, the candy on the bed, and the box of pads on the night stand as well. He immediately knows what’s going on. You’re on your period.

“Oi, dumbass. Lying in bed all hunched over won’t help any cramps. Use a damn heating pad.”
