The class was almost too quiet as everyone were currently focusing on the physics teacher giving an important lecture to first-year since exams were two weeks later.

Though, chuuya who usually did focus in classes was somewhat bored right now, sitting next to his childhood bestfriend - you in the fourth row close to window.

Chuuya's fingers constantly played with yours over your lap, he was quite comfortable with you after all these years and would often want to just hold your hand for no reason.

Glancing down at the ring you wore on your index finger, chuuya casually took it off and instead slid it in your ring finger, leaning in to whisper and clear your confusion.

"You're engaged to me now."

It was hard to tell if he was joking or being serious. But there was no way he'd be serious obviously due to the slight hint of playfulness on his face.
