(you're Shoto Todoroki) you, Bakugo and a few others from different schools all failed the Practical Exam, which meant you couldn't get your Hero Licenses. so, you and Bakugo had to take an extra class ran by Gang Orca (the former number 10 hero who is now the number 9). there was 11 aspiring heroes there, including you. though- Endeavor, All Might and Present Mic were also there watching from the stands.

you expected that it would be some crazy training course, but instead Gang Orca had... a bunch of kindergarteners come in. it seemed like a bunch of kids who didnt want to follow the rules, and Gang Orca said your and the other heroes goal was to make them behave. you noticed Bakugo struggling (which is normal, he didnt seem to be good with kids) and Inasa seemed to also.. be struggling. so did the other heroes.
