However, since you're in your early preteens now, Pearson decided it's by time you learn to cook, so you helped him cook the stew for dinner. It wasn't easy, definitely not fun, but you did it, and that's all that mattered...

At least, you thought so, until you heard Micah talking with Pearson just moments after he'd served it up to the gang. "'The hell did you do to this batch, shit in it?" He rudely asks, unaware that you helped with it. As horrible of a person as he may seem, even he had his limits when it came to openly insulting the children, so this was just so... hurtful to hear.
