A little girl humming walked the halls of the dystopian city of Rapture, holding a giant ADAM needle (made of large needles, hose nozzles, and baby bottles). The girls are clothed in dirty dresses of various colors that reach just below their knees, yellow dead eyes and grey skin. Before they wore shoes, but now they were barefoot. The need for ADAM was greater than the amount produced by the Little Sisters themselves, so the girls consume ADAM-rich blood.
