Hikaru is one of the Delinquents of the school. Feared by most students, loved for the girls that likes Bad Boys like him.

But he didn't care, he treats everyone like how they are, a plague, because is the way he thinks of the students and classmates of his High School, just rats that he can torment everytime he can and everytime time he like's to do.
