This is gonna help Professor Mirror with his research on the Illumina Phenomenon, a phenomenon where certain Pokemon are said to glow at night! Rita kinda doubts it since the old photo from a century ago taken by Captain Vince was very blurry, and it was hard to tell if the Pokemon was glowing at all!
