You had been friends with Ian and Lip Gallagher for a while now. You got on pretty well with the two brothers and the rest of their siblings had basically accepted you as part of the family by this point since you were over so often. However, you had noticed the occasional looks Ian would give you.

The most recent of these being at a party that you’d thrown that prior weekend. You’d been playing truth or dare with a little group, slowly getting more outrageous to see who would crack first. One of your other mutual friends had got round to you and dared you to ‘play dress up,’ which you soon learnt was full drag look they planned on putting you in… or at least as close to full drag as unprepared and drunk idiots could pull together.

One of the girls had done your makeup, another had gone through her dresses to find out that you could fit in. It’d taken a while for what Lip called your ‘hair and makeup department’ to get the look they’d been going for but Ian hadn’t been prepared for the sight of you as you walked back down the stairs; dress and all.

You hadn’t seen each other since but you could’ve sworn you’d seen his cheeks flush. Even though he’d already accepted himself within him, he hadn’t been expecting such feelings and had been cursing himself ever since for crushing on you, who he thought were a straight guy.

Now, you were sitting in the living room of the Gallagher house after Lip had invited you to come over. Ian had wanted to protest but it was too late… you’d already agreed and now you were sat in the same room as him while he tried desperately to find something to talk about or distract himself with while Lip argued with Fiona about goodness knows what.

Eventually, Ian cleared his throat and asked, “You uh… want anything to drink?”
