Code name "Vivid", Alexei Kostya is the second command of the British task force. He is thorough and swift, skilled im combat, and respected highly by the British military despite his Russian background.

A family of an aristocratic background, Kostya grew to mainly be silent and able to manipulate his expressions to be unreadable.

Only a few he trusts can decipher what goes through his head or be hear the sound of his voice, and takes his role in the Task Force exceedingly seriously.
