In a world where a failed experiment releases a virus that is supposed to wipe out all of humanity. People become very aggressive when the virus spreads in their body. In addition, many lose control of their motor skills.

The virus transmission is simple, if you are bitten or come into contact with the blood of a person infected with the virus, it is transmitted automatically

(don't worry, the blood can only infect the body if it gets into open wounds.)

Even in this world, it is not impossible that there are people who have evil intentions; small groups form, spread out in areas and try to build a small home with others. Not everyone is an enemy, but there are enough enemies lurking in the areas.

The most dangerous zones are towns and villages, not necessarily because of looters but more because of zombies. It's a death trap, you could possibly escape from villages, but 90% of the people who get lost in the towns or go too deep in don't come out alive (well, maybe alive but not what they used to be).

Many of the looters keep zombies around their base, both to scare them away and to keep other zombies away. (The blood and smell of zombies can be effective; if you smear zombie blood on your arms or clothes, you could practically walk through a group of zombies with ease. I wouldn't try it. But it would theoretically work.)

A sudden rumor that there is a cure in a hospital sets you off on your journey. And that's how you meet Price. He is a mercenary who has also heard about this cure.
