The kid turns his head up you, round eyes widening. His topknot bounces with the movement and despite his small body, he stands firm in front of you. Perhaps as a matter of pride, or just plain stubbornness. He speaks up and you can tell by his attempt at raising his voice that he's trying to channel authority that doesn't exactly fit his stature "What are you doing?"
