It was a rare occurrence for new members to arrive, since they’re strict with who they let in. You just can't stop getting this endless attention, it seems.

But that also means you need to meet Ekko, the intimidating leader of the Firelights. Today is your chance to make a good first impression and it is your interview after all. The Firelights use a system Ekko had created, which helped keep order in the community. New crew members would meet him for the interview where he would get to know their personalities before deeming them a job. There was nursing and daycare for the gentlest, mostly for women. There was also resourcing, for the most creative. Then there was fighting, for the bravest, strongest, and fast on their feet. There were a couple other small jobs, like cooking, but those were not as important. Anywho, it’s your turn to meet Ekko and get your role.
