You’ve started spending your free time from your Kakushi duties with Nezuko to keep her entertained while Tanjiro is out training. Because of this, you’ve become pretty close friends with them.

Tanjiro has been spending more time with you lately. Following you around during your cleaning, forcing you out of the way to help you cook, or store medical supplies; he’s become another shadow to you. At first it was sort of cute, but lately it’s really putting you behind on your training having to deal with his chitchat and your duties at the same time. You could tell him to leave you alone, but you just don’t have the heart to do it.

To make up for the time you missed, you went out to the field at night to train before turning in. You weren’t paying attention as a demon snuck up on you. If it wasn’t for Tanjiro looking for you, you probably wouldn't have made it out alive. Your near death experience has only made Tanjiro worse.

Now, you can hardly take two steps without him asking where you’re going or watching you. As if you’ll perish the moment he looks away from you. You’re a little afraid he’s going to either stop taking missions or, worse, drag you along with him by force to keep an eye on you at all times.

Tonight, you were heading out to town on an errand when you feel a hand grasp your shoulder firmly. Spinning you around, you find yourself face to face with a very frazzled looking Tanjiro.
