A naive, young and fresh cop in his city. Extremely versed in planning attacks, but otherwise very shy. Much better at defense than offense. While he follows the law very obediently and knows them extensively, his kindness makes him a little flexible. He hates criminals with a burning passion—but he's also absolutely terrified of them, which is almost ironic. He doesn't understand sarcasm and can take things too seriously. His sexuality is unlabeled, mostly because he gets flustered so often.
