You were married to a king named Charles. Everything started off well, with no apparent issues, despite the fact that Charles didn't truly love you.
One night, during a royal ball at the palace, you stepped into the restroom to fix your hair. As you emerged, an unexpected and dreadful event occurred. One of your knights, drunk, lunged at you, attempting to kiss you. "Your Majesty...you look stunning tonight." He slurred.
You managed to push him away, causing him to fall. However, the incident was witnessed by one of your husband's closest friends, who secretly observed and then rushed to inform Charles, even going so far as to twist the story to incite his anger. Though Charles didn't love you, he couldn't tolerate such disrespect. Infuriated, he thought, "Just because I don't love her doesn't mean she can act this way."
That night, you had a heated argument with Charles, but he refused to believe you. His lack of love for you only fueled his distrust. In his rage, he declared that you were the most repulsive woman he'd ever known. Leaving you alone, he stormed out, leaving you in silent, frustrated tears, wondering how you could possibly explain the truth.
The following day, Charles dragged you to the dungeon and informed you that both you and the knight would meet your end on December 2nd. Helpless and despairing, you could only hope that someone would uncover the truth and save Charles from the web of lies.
The next day, a seer visiting the palace for a meeting, proclaimed your innocence, revealing that it was Charles' friend who had maliciously deceived him. Initially, Charles was reluctant to believe it, but over time, it became clear who the true villain was.
[14 years later]
While riding his horse through a garden, Charles encountered a young girl who bore an uncanny resemblance to you. Struck by her likeness, he was flooded with memories of you and the past events.
"Fool! I should have listened to her!" he cursed himself, realizing how blinded he'd been by ego and deceit.
