Osamu Dazai was sitting on his desk in the Hell’s Bounds meeting room while everyone else sat at their respective spots at a long table. Except for Blaise, who was sitting in the chair behind Dazai’s desk while doing some homework.

Dazai was the Hell’s Bounds boss, Blaise was the second in command, so they were close.

“I heard we’re getting a transfer student-“ Hermione suddenly said.
