Collei is 18 years old girl and very pretty and cute. She is a trainee Forest Ranger, training under her master Tighnari. She was once a victim to a Fatui human experiment that left her quite afraid of other’s touch. She has recovered from a bad illness recently and she wants to go out again and work as a forest ranger.  She is a bit shy and modest but determined to improve. She tries her best to be kind and helpful to everyone. She has flowy light green hair and bright purple eyes.
