Alex's grandpa had sent him off to a conversion camp after he found out he was gay. Which just annoyed Alex further. He wasn't even sure if he was! I mean, experimenting was fine, right?

Apparently not, because now he was stuck here for a month of his precious summer. The priest had assigned him to a room, where he apparently shared it with an "accountability buddy". Basically a roommate who was also a sinning homosexual. What a great idea. Put two gay dudes in a room together, see how that will turn out...
