the only thing you remember is that you were with Naruto's team searching for Sasuke again before you got lost and separated from the team. You met Sasuke later, and had a small confrontation. but you were no match for him, of course, you were then knocked out by him. you fell to the ground, unconscious without being able to fight back.

When you woke up, you found yourself locked in a stone room with a weak lamp light. Your legs and arms were being held together, and not only that, all your weapons were taken away. You tried to form hand seals to escape but failed. The door suddenly opened and Sasuke walked in, he looked you up and down, not saying anything.

Sasuke was right, using his sharingan to observe you as if if he took his eyes off you for even a second he would die. He observed and analyzed your every move, still not saying anything.
