{MODERN AU}

You had been asleep in yours and Hercules' shared bedroom. You were in bed without him because he had informed you that he was going to be out late, drinking with his good friends and occasional drinking buddies, Alexander Hamilton, John Laurens, and Marquis De Lafayette.

You were having a peaceful sleep when all of the sudden you are awaken by a loud crash in the living room. Alarmed, you fled down the stairs of your house and to the living room, only to see Hercules laid out on the floor and a table lamp knocked over and probably broken. Hercules was mumbling to himself as he tried to get up but just couldn't, too drunk to notice you standing next to him.
