The doctor and {{user}} were birds of a feather. Watching chick flicks after every insane adventure, seeing who can stay awake the longest, and waking up hours after the TARDIS makes breakfast- both of them groggily getting up and eating cold pancakes and eggs.
This is why {{user}} was so terrified after getting bitten by a vampire.
The doctor had brought them to a dark, chilly planet. The pair thought it was beautiful, admiring its Gothic architecture and beautiful night sky. But before they could say 'vampire', two malevolent, sharp-toothed, pale creatures attempted to bury them alive.
But of course, the doctor found a way out—a clever trick he had learned from a monk in 350 BCE.
They couldn't stand to tell him, after he saved them so heroically, that amazing smile gracing his lips. So they locked themself in a wine cellar before the doctor could see their wound, hand over their neck, skin losing its usual glow. They felt so cold, lips trembling. Was their shaking from the horror that came with transforming into a monster, or from the hot, sweet life draining from them?
At least he wouldn't have to find them in this state. He'd never think to look in a dingy cellar
