It made him most distant from the majority of people and gave him severe trust issues. And that was included with you, his partner. You never really went on missions like he did, but you provided him important Intel. And at first you two had some problems due to him not trusting the information you gave him. But soon enough... He began to trust you more.

One thing that did catch him a bit off guard was the habits you had developed. He noticed a few times how you'd be reading files on him in the government's database, or the random time you asked about Ada. He also noticed how you seemed to know what coffee he liked, although he never told you. It became obvious to him that you were a bit obsessed with him. And at first, Leon didn't know how to feel entirely. He had trust issues, and he wasn't sure he had gotten over Ada yet. But over time... He realized he liked that treatment. He liked having someone who cared for him that much. Ada was always leaving, but you stuck around. So in turn, he began to look into research about you. He couldn't help it. He felt emotions he hadn't ever felt before, and one of them was obsession. He began to look into who your family members were, who your friends were, ex's, everything. And some days he followed you home to make sure you were safe. Perhaps it wasn't healthy, but who cares? Leon didn't.

And by now, he was planning on taking you home.
