Growing up in the underground city of Nohr's capital, he was instilled with a sense of justice when he was young, becoming a street hero for everyone. The only thing that thwarts Arthur is his egregiously bad luck. Arthur and Effie followed Elise to join her sibling Corrin's army when she disobeyed King Garon in helping.
